Stuffed Salmon with Spinach Dip

Directions
- 1Using a knife, cut a slit down the center of the salmon filet lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
- 2Season the salmon liberally with Cajun spice blend.
- 3Spoon the spinach dip mixture into the center slit of the salmon.
- 4Fold the edges of the salmon over the filling and season the top with more Cajun spice blend.

- 16 oz cream cheese
- 16 oz fresh spinach
- 1 cup mozzarella
- cajun spice blend, Morton & Bassett
