Crispy Pork Tenderloin Sandwich

Directions

  1. 1Pound the pork tenderloin into a cutlet.
  2. 2Coat the cutlet in flour.
  3. 3Let the cutlet sit in the egg for at least 1 minute after the flour so that the flour absorbs the egg and the breading will stick better to it.
  4. 4Apply the breading to the cutlet.
  5. 5Let the breaded cutlets sit in the fridge for 1 hour before frying for best results.
  6. 6Pan-fry the cutlet until crispy.
