Pound the pork tenderloin into a cutlet.

Coat the cutlet in flour.

Let the cutlet sit in the egg for at least 1 minute after the flour so that the flour absorbs the egg and the breading will stick better to it.

Apply the breading to the cutlet.

Let the breaded cutlets sit in the fridge for 1 hour before frying for best results.

Pan-fry the cutlet until crispy.

Assemble the sandwich on a toasted bun with fresh sandwich toppings.

Tips
