Place fresh turkey wings into a casserole dish.

Season the turkey wings with complete seasoning, Cajun seasoning, adobo, garlic powder, onion powder, and lots of black pepper.

Add water to the casserole dish with the turkey wings.

Cover the casserole dish and put it into a hot oven.

For the Rice-A-Roni, add olive oil to a pan.

Add diced onion, bell pepper, and celery to the pan.

Add garlic paste (or chopped garlic cloves) to the pan.

Add rice to the pan.

Crunch up some leftover spaghetti or pasta and add it to the pan.

Cook the rice and pasta mixture until it's a light brown color with a few brown spots.

Add water to the rice and pasta mixture.

Add chicken bouillon and dried oregano to flavor the rice.

Let the rice cook until the liquid cooks out.

Kill the heat, put a lid on the rice, and let it sit for about ten minutes.

Take the tender turkey wings out of the oven.

Add chicken stock to a bowl.

Add liquid seasoning and Worcestershire to the bowl.

Season the mixture with onion powder, garlic powder, and lots of black pepper.

Add a couple of teaspoons of cornstarch to thicken the gravy base.

Whisk the mixture together until the cornstarch is dissolved.

Pour the gravy base over the turkey wings.

Return the turkey wings with the gravy to the hot oven until it's nice and bubbly.

Tips
The water added to the turkey wings will create a delicious turkey broth for the gravy base.
When making Rice-A-Roni, cook the rice and pasta until it's a light brown color with a few brown spots, avoiding burning.
