Garlic Parmesan Crockpot Chicken and Potatoes

Directions

  1. 1Wash and chop potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2Toss the chopped potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. 3Add the seasoned potatoes to the bottom of your slow cooker.
  4. 4Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  5. 5Lay the seasoned chicken over the potatoes.
  6. 6Spread the minced garlic evenly on top of the chicken.
  7. 7Pour the Garlic Parmesan sauce over the chicken until fully coated.
  8. 8Cook on Low for 6–7 hours, or High for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through and the potatoes are soft.
  9. 9In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle mozzarella over everything.
  10. 10Cover again and let the cheese melt.
  11. 11Serve warm.

Tips
