Directions

  1. 1Mix warm milk, salt, oil, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. 2Add a teaspoon of sugar and mix well.
  3. 3Add flour and mix to form a firm dough.
  4. 4Knead the dough and let it rise for two hours.
  5. 5Heat the cauldron on the gas stove with the lid on for 15 minutes.
  6. 6Divide the dough and form into round shapes.
  7. 7Add some salt to the heated cauldron.
  8. 8Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks.
  9. 9Apply egg white to the bottom of the dough.
  10. 10Stick the dough to the heated lid inside the cauldron.
  11. 11Brush the top of the nan with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  12. 12Cover the cauldron with the lid and bake for 20-25 minutes, checking occasionally.
  13. 13Flip and heat for 5 minutes if the bottom is not browned.
