Mix warm milk, salt, oil, and yeast in a bowl.

Add a teaspoon of sugar and mix well.

Add flour and mix to form a firm dough.

Knead the dough and let it rise for two hours.

Heat the cauldron on the gas stove with the lid on for 15 minutes.

Divide the dough and form into round shapes.

Add some salt to the heated cauldron.

Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks.

Apply egg white to the bottom of the dough.

Stick the dough to the heated lid inside the cauldron.

Brush the top of the nan with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds.

Cover the cauldron with the lid and bake for 20-25 minutes, checking occasionally.

Flip and heat for 5 minutes if the bottom is not browned.
