Freezer Raspberry Lemon Drop
Directions
- 1Pour 1 cup of water into a saucepan.
- 2Add 1 cup of sugar to the saucepan with water.
- 3Add 1 cup of fresh raspberries to the saucepan.
- 4Squeeze half a lemon into the raspberry mixture and leave it in the saucepan to simmer for about 5 minutes.
- 5Drain the raspberry puree through a strainer to remove seeds.
- 6Cut 4 lemons into halves.
- 7Juice the halved lemons and set the lemon juice aside.
- 8Pour Tito's Handmade Vodka into the bottle using a funnel, filling it up to the top of the Tito's sign on the label.
- 9Add 4-5 ounces of Triple Sec orange liqueur into the vodka bottle.
- 10Pour 4 ounces of fresh lemon juice into the vodka bottle.
- 11Add about 1/3 cup of the prepared raspberry puree into the vodka bottle, adjusting to desired sweetness.
- 12Shake the bottle to mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
- 13Place the bottle in the freezer for 2 hours, or until desired chill is reached.
- 14Rim a glass with a lemon slice and then dip it in sugar for garnish.
- 15Pour the frozen raspberry lemon drop into the prepared glass.
- 16Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh raspberries.
