Directions

  1. 1Place cherries into an ice cube tray.
  2. 2Pour Japanese cider into a pot.
  3. 3Add agar-agar powder to the cider.
  4. 4Whisk well until combined.
  5. 5Add gold leaf to the mixture.
  6. 6Pour the mixture into the ice cube tray with the cherries.
  7. 7Chill the tray in the fridge for 1 hour.
  8. 8Carefully remove the cherry jellies from the tray.
  9. 9Serve the cherry jellies on a plate.
