Directions

  1. 1Place the 4 pounds of beef round strips into the slow cooker.
  2. 2In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup bone broth, 1 cup light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon ginger paste, garlic, 2-3 tablespoons sriracha, 2-3 tablespoons hoisin, 2-3 tablespoons rice vinegar, and zero calorie sweetener to create the sauce.
  3. 3Pour the sauce over the beef in the slow cooker.
  4. 4Add one red bell pepper and shredded carrots to the slow cooker.
  5. 5Slow cook for 6 hours.
  6. 6With one hour left of cooking, switch to high heat.
  7. 7Add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
  8. 8Serve the Mongolian beef over rice.
  9. 9Drizzle with sriracha and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
