Once your oil is hot add 500g of mince

Season with salt and don't touch it

Dice one red onion and three small tomatoes

Crush one large clove of garlic and finely dice

Add your onions to the beef

Stir your beef up breaking it up at the same time

Add the tomatoes and the garlic

Season with smoked paprika, ground coriander, garlic powder, cumin, garam masala and chili

Give everything a good stir

Cover and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes

Add around a cup of frozen peas

Stir them through

Half a cup of water

Simmer for another two minutes

Serve over rice with some chopped coriander

1 pinch dried chilli flakes
1 cup frozen peas
0.5 cup water
1 steamed rice
1 chopped coriander leaves
