1In a bowl, combine granulated garlic, granulated onion, chili powder, paprika, dried parsley, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, and ranch seasoning. Adjust heat to your preference by adding more or less cayenne pepper.
2In a glass baking dish, add corn and pat it as dry as possible.
3Add cornstarch and creole seasoning to the corn and mix well.
4Heat up some oil in a large pot.
5Deep fry corn for about three minutes.
6Place the corn on a paper towel to remove any excess oil.
7Add the fried corn to a bowl and coat it with the seasoning mixture.
8Top the corn with parmesan cheese and sliced jalapeños.
