  1. 1Add 700 grams of all-purpose flour to the bowl of a stand mixer.
  2. 2Add quick rise yeast, a teaspoon of powdered sugar, and a tablespoon of non-iodized salt.
  3. 3Mix them together with a bread hook.
  4. 4Add two cups of warm water until combined and add a little bit more if you need to.
  5. 5Leave it in the mixer for 5 minutes.
  6. 6Knead by hand until smooth.
  7. 7Cover the dough and let it rest for an hour and a half.
  8. 8Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  9. 9Separate the dough in half and put one half aside.
  10. 10Separate the remaining dough into three portions and put two of them aside.
  11. 11Stretch a portion of dough into a long cylinder.
  12. 12Once you have three cylinders, knead their ends together, braid them, and knead the other ends together.
  13. 13Put a few pinches of cornmeal onto a baking sheet and spread evenly.
  14. 14Put the baking sheet with the bread in the oven for half an hour at 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
