Directions
- 1Add strawberry cake mix to a large mixing bowl.
- 2Add water to the cake mix.
- 3Add vegetable oil to the cake mix.
- 4Add eggs to the cake mix.
- 5Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
- 6Spray a baking pan with cooking spray.
- 7Pour the cake batter into the prepared baking pan.
- 8Place the baking pan into a preheated oven and bake.
- 9Crush golden Oreo cookies in a Ziploc bag using a rolling pin.
- 10Transfer the crushed Oreo cookies to a bowl.
- 11Add strawberry jello mix to the crushed cookies.
- 12Mix the jello and crushed cookies together.
- 13Pour melted butter over the cookie and jello mixture and mix well.
- 14Slice fresh strawberries for topping.
- 15Once the cake is baked and cooled, spread a layer of cream cheese frosting over it.
- 16Sprinkle the strawberry crunch mixture evenly over the frosting.
- 17Arrange the sliced fresh strawberries on top of the crunch.
- 18Add whole golden Oreo cookies as a final garnish.
- 19Serve and enjoy.
