Use brown bananas when baking as they are the sweetest.
Brown one stick or half a cup of butter in a pot on medium heat for about 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Be careful, as it can turn black quickly.
Pour the browned butter into a clear glass to see its color.
In a bowl, add half a cup of brown sugar and half a cup of granulated sugar.
Add the browned butter to the sugars.
Mix the sugars and butter together, scraping the bowl.
Add two to three bananas and mash them into the mixture.
Add two eggs.
Add a third of a cup of vanilla yogurt.
Add plenty of cinnamon.
Add a generous amount of vanilla.
Add literally a fourth of a teaspoon of toasted sesame oil.
Mix the ingredients together.
Add two cups of flour, mixing one cup at a time.
Add one teaspoon of baking soda.
Mix all the ingredients until fully combined.
Butter up a baking pan and add parchment paper at the bottom.
Pour the batter into the baking pan.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.
