Frozen Beefy Cheesy Burritos
Directions
- 1Brown some lean beef.
- 2Add one packet of taco seasoning.
- 3Transfer the beef to a bowl.
- 4Add Greek yogurt, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and red enchilada sauce to the bowl and mix well.
- 5Spoon the mixture onto tortillas.
- 6Roll the burritos tightly.
- 7Store the burritos frozen.
- 8To reheat, microwave for 2-3 minutes, covered with a paper towel, flipping halfway.

- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 200 g 2% Greek yogurt
- 100 g red enchilada sauce
- 60 g 2% cheddar cheese
- 60 g Laughing cow cheese wedges or light cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 6 burrito sized tortillas
