Directions

  1. 1Add chicken to the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. 2Add corn to the crock pot.
  3. 3Add the Rotel.
  4. 4Add the minced garlic.
  5. 5Add the greek yogurt.
  6. 6Add the salt and pepper.
  7. 7Add the McCormick Mexican Style Street Corn Taco seasoning packet.
  8. 8Add the juice of a lime.
  9. 9Cook on low for about six hours.
  10. 10Top with cheese and cilantro.

  • 1 can rotel original diced tomatoes
  • minced garlic
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 packet McCormick Mexican Style Street Corn Taco seasoning

  • shredded Queso Quesadilla Cheese
  • cilantro
