Directions

  1. 1Cook down some diced onions and bell pepper in a frying pan.
  2. 2Add diced chicken breast and one packet of taco seasoning.
  3. 3Mix everything together and let the chicken cook fully (about 7-8 minutes).
  4. 4Add one drained can of Rotel and one undrained can of Rotel.
  5. 5Add cubed Mexican velveeta and heavy whipping cream.
  6. 6Stir occasionally until the cheese melts and creates a creamy consistency.
  7. 7Add cooked pasta, stir to combine, and serve.

  • 1 can undrained Rotel
