Cosmic Brownies
Directions
- 1Put regular sugar, light brown sugar and butter in a bowl and cook it in the microwave for about 2 minutes.
- 2Stir and put it back in the microwave for 30 more seconds.
- 3Let it cool for 3 minutes.
- 4Add 3 large eggs and one extra egg yolk.
- 5Put in vanilla extract, corn starch, baking soda, then your cocoa powder.
- 6Add all purpose flour and vegetable oil and mix.
- 7Put a little bit of honey in here.
- 8Bake at 350 for roughly 30 minutes.
- 9Heat up milk for 2 minutes.
- 10Pour the milk over semi-sweet chocolate chips and unsalted butter.
- 11Let it sit for 3 minutes and then stir.
- 12Whisk.
- 13Put the ganache over the brownies.
- 14Add sprinkles.
- 15Give it a try.

- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
