High Protein & Low Calorie Philly Cheesesteak Rolls

Directions

  1. 1Start by freezing any lean cut of beef.
  2. 2Once the beef is firm, slice it into thin slices.
  3. 3To a pan on medium heat, cook up some diced onion.
  4. 4Once the onion has some color, add some diced capsicum/bell peppers.
  5. 5Let them cook through, then set them aside.
  6. 6From here, add the steak to the pan on medium heat.
  7. 7Add salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, and chilli powder.
  8. 8Add a little bit of Worcestershire sauce.
  9. 9Mix it together and let it cook through.
  10. 10Now lower the heat and add some light mozzarella cheese.
  11. 11Add the cooked capsicum/bell peppers back.
  12. 12Keep mixing until the cheese is melted and it's well combined.
  13. 13Now grab a warm tortilla.
  14. 14Add some cheese to the tortilla.
  15. 15Equally distribute the filling with some nacho cheese sauce and parsley.
  16. 16Then roll it up tightly and repeat the process for the other 11 rolls.
  17. 17Spray them with some cooking oil.
  18. 18Add some more parsley flakes.
  19. 19Air fry at 200C/400F for 5-8 minutes or oven bake at 180C/375F for 6-8 minutes until crispy.

  • 1.2 kg Frozen Lean Cut Steak
  • 1 Diced Onion
  • 250 g Diced Capsicum/Bell Peppers
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder

  • 0.5 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Chilli Powder
  • 85 ml Worcestershire Sauce
  • 80 g Light Mozzarella
  • 1 Small/Medium Tortilla
  • 25 g Light Nacho Cheese
  • Parsley
  • Light Cooking Oil Spray
  • Parsley Flakes
