Directions
- 1Pour salt into a pot with water.
- 2Whisk the salt and water together until the salt dissolves.
- 3Add potatoes to the salty water and boil.
- 4Stir the potatoes in the boiling water.
- 5Drain the potatoes and spread them on a baking sheet.
- 6Melt butter in a bowl.
- 7Pour the melted butter over the potatoes on the baking sheet.
- 8Mix the potatoes with the melted butter.
- 9Sprinkle parsley on the potatoes.
