Rice Paper Fish & Chips

Directions
- 1Dip a rice paper wrapper into an egg mixture.
- 2Place a fish fillet on the dipped rice paper wrapper.
- 3Fold the rice paper wrapper around the fish fillet to enclose it.
- 4Place the wrapped fish and chips into an air fryer.
- 5Combine mayonnaise with chopped parsley, dill, capers, mustard and garlic powder in a bowl.
- 6Serve the cooked fish and chips with the prepared sauce and lemon wedges.
- 7Squeeze lemon juice over the fish.
