Directions
- 1Pour crushed speculoos cookies into a bowl.
- 2Add speculoos paste to the crushed cookies.
- 3Mix well until combined.
- 4Fill the bottom of a silicone mold with melted white chocolate using a piping bag.
- 5Use a brush to spread the chocolate.
- 6Add the speculoos cookies mixture.
- 7Cover with more white chocolate.
- 8Remove each cake from the mold.
- 9Fill the center of each cake with melted speculoos paste.
