1For the dough, combine flour, salt, diced garlic, and low-fat yogurt.
2Mix the ingredients together until you have a crumbly texture.
3Use your hands to knead the mixture and form a dough ball.
4Lightly flour your surface.
5Cut the dough ball into four equal pieces.
6One by one, roll each dough piece out as big and thin as you can.
7Place grated cheese in the middle of each rolled-out dough piece.
8Pinch the edges of the dough towards the middle to seal it.
9Flip the sealed dough over and roll it out one more time.
10To a pan on low heat, add light butter, red chili (optional), parsley flakes, and minced garlic.
11After a minute, remove the garlic butter mixture from the pan.
12Add the dough to the pan.
13Let it cook on high heat for around 2 minutes on each side.
14Once golden brown, spread some of the garlic butter on top of the cooked naan.
15Repeat the process for the other three dough pieces.

Tips
When making the dough, if it's too sticky, slowly add the yogurt to the flour while mixing until you achieve a workable consistency, as yogurt moisture levels can vary.
If using plain all-purpose flour instead of self-raising flour, add 1 Tsp of baking powder.
