Directions

  1. 1Wash the rice and add the water.
  2. 2Add in the chicken.
  3. 3Add in the onions.
  4. 4Add in the garlic.
  5. 5Add in the soy sauce.
  6. 6Add in the vinegar.
  7. 7Add in the sugar.
  8. 8Give it a little mix.
  9. 9Add a little salt.
  10. 10Add a little pepper.
  11. 11Add in some bay leaves.
  12. 12Cook it up.
  13. 13Take out the bay leaves.

  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1 lb chicken
  • 0.5 onion
  • 0.5 cup light soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup vinegar
  • 1.5 tbsp sugar
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 3 bay leaves
  • salt
  • pepper
