Directions

  1. 1Preheat smoker to 275°F.
  2. 2Cross hatch score the cream cheese and season generously with Kinder’s AP seasoning.
  3. 3Place the cream cheese in the smoker for 45 minutes.
  4. 4Dice, season, and cook frozen steak tenderloins and shrimp in a piping hot skillet.
  5. 5Top the smoked cream cheese with the cooked steak and shrimp, and sprinkle with diced parsley.

  • 1 steak seasoning
  • 4 steak tenderloins
  • 1 lb raw shrimp
