Directions
- 1Combine milk, Jiffy cornbread mix, eggs, hot sauce, mustard, and pepper in a bowl.
- 2Add one can of corn to the mixture (optional).
- 3Add sliced and fried hot dogs to the mixture.
- 4Add about three quarters of an 8 oz package of sharp cheddar to the mixture, reserving some for the top.
- 5Mix all ingredients well.
- 6Add green onions to the mixture.
- 7Spray a 9x13 dish.
- 8Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
- 9Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
- 10Bake uncovered in a preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about half an hour until golden brown.

Tips
- You can skip the can of corn or add green chilies or diced tomatoes instead.
- Keep some cheese aside to put on top of the casserole.
