Mix 2 sachets of yeast with a spoon of sugar in 100 ml of lukewarm water and let them interact.

Pour 600 grams of fine semolina in a bowl.

Add 0.5 cup of olive oil and baste.

Add spices and a spoon of salt.

Mix well and add the yeast and lukewarm water mixture.

Add lukewarm water little by little until you get a soft dough that doesn't stick.

Knead for 10 minutes in the mixer.

Grease with oil and leave to rest for an hour.

Divide the dough into three balls.

Start shaping the breads.

Use a rolling pin to start flattening the dough and use your hands to finish it so that the bread is smooth.

Line the baking tray with baking paper.

Place breads in the tray to rest for half an hour, covered.

After they have risen, prick them with a fork.

Take a cloth soaked in water and brush the breads with it.

Cook them at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.

Tips
The most important thing to get the bread like Arabic tabouna bread is to take a cloth soaked in water and brush the bread with it before putting it in the oven.
