Add fine semolina to a bowl.

Add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar and vegetable oil.

Mix well the ingredients with your hands, until the semolina is covered with oil.

Add baking powder, triangle cheese, chocolate yogurt, chopped walnuts and chocolate vermicelli.

Add water and mix well with your hands. The quantity of water varies depending on the type of semolina.

Cover the bowl and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Shape small balls with the dough.

Cover each ball with coconut flakes.

Place the balls in a baking sheet.

Bake at 180°C/356°F, with heat from above and below until golden.

2 triangle cheese
1 container chocolate yogurt

to taste coconut flakes

Tips
Semolina is special for Bsisa and Harcha. It´s fine semolina.
The quantity of water varies depending on the type of semolina.
Mix the ingredients well with your hands.
Bake until golden.
