1Slice chicken into cubes and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, hot sauce, and two whisked eggs. Mix well and marinate.
2In a separate dish, add crushed cornflakes with the same seasonings as the chicken.
3Coat the chicken completely in the crumbs.
4Add cooking spray to the chicken and air fry at 200°C for 18 minutes, or oven bake at 200°C for 22 minutes.
5For the mac and cheese sauce, blend low-fat milk, light cream cheese, low-fat cheddar, and extra seasoning until smooth.
6Add the sauce to a pan and stir until it thickens.
7Add cooked macaroni with pasta water to the sauce and mix well.
8Serve the mac and cheese with the crispy chicken and a spicy honey glaze.
