Cheese Sauce Mix - Dry

Directions

  1. 1Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. 2Store the mix in a tightly sealed container, keeping it away from heat.
  3. 3For best long-term storage, store the mix in your refrigerator.
  4. 4Note that each serving of the mix is about 7 Tablespoons.
  5. 5To make a sauce, combine 1 serving of the mix with cup water.
  6. 6To make homemade mac and cheese, cook 4-ounces of pasta.
  7. 7Drain off all but cup of water from the cooked pasta.
  8. 8Mix the prepared sauce into the pasta, adding a Tablespoon of oil if desired.

  • 1.5 tsp dried garlic
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder (not onion salt)
  • 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
