Prepare litti masala by mixing sattu, green chilies, garlic, cumin, carom seeds, kalonji, homemade pickle masala, cilantro, salt, and mustard oil. Add the juice of one whole lemon and mix well.
Prepare the dough for litti by mixing wheat flour, ghee, salt, and water. Knead into a smooth dough.
Make small balls of the dough and create a small well in each. Fill with the litti masala and seal tightly.
Prepare a fire using dried cow dung cakes.
Place the litti balls on the fire and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Prepare the chokha by slitting brinjals lengthwise, stuffing with green chilies and garlic, and roasting them on the fire along with the tomatoes.
Remove the skin from the roasted brinjals and tomatoes. Mash well with the potatoes, chopped onions, cilantro and salt.
Add mustard oil to the chokha and mix thoroughly. Serve the hot litti with chokha.
