Directions

  1. 1Preheat the oven and prepare the cupcake liners.
  2. 2In a bowl, whisk together condensed milk and egg yolks until well combined.
  3. 3In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. 4Gently fold the meringue into the egg yolk mixture.
  5. 5Add the flour and fold gently again.
  6. 6Transfer the batter into a piping bag and fill each cupcake liner.
  7. 7Bake in the preheated oven.
  8. 8Once cooked, remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 egg whites
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 100 grams flour
