Chocolate Cake Cookies
Directions
- 1Pour the cake mix into a glass bowl.
- 2Add half a cup of melted butter.
- 3Add two eggs.
- 4Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- 5Mix with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula until almost fully incorporated.
- 6Add your mix-ins (chocolate chips, peanuts, coconut, oatmeal, etc.).
- 7Scoop the cookie dough onto a baking sheet using an ice cream scoop.
- 8Flatten each cookie slightly with a fork.
- 9Add a few extra mix-ins on top of each cookie.
- 10Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 12 minutes.
