Directions
- 1Combine mini salted pretzels and vanilla wafer cookies in a food processor.
- 2Add melted salted butter and honey to the food processor and process until crumbs form.
- 3Press the pretzel and cookie mixture into a springform pan to create the crust.
- 4Lightly mash ripe bananas with a little bit of honey and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- 5Layer scoops of vanilla ice cream over the pretzel crust.
- 6Combine additional vanilla ice cream with the mashed bananas in a bowl.
- 7Add more pretzel crumbs on top of the first ice cream layer.
- 8Pour the banana and ice cream mixture over the pretzel crumbs and spread evenly.
- 9Freeze the cake until totally frozen solid.
- 10Top with cookie crumbs.
- 11Add sliced fresh bananas on top.
- 12Top with whipped cream.
