Directions

  1. 1Sauté together the onion and ground beef in a large pot.
  2. 2Add in the Dan-o’s Seasoning, tomato soup, chicken broth, heavy cream, and cheddar cheese.
  3. 3Simmer over medium heat until the cheese has melted.
  4. 4Add the tortellini and simmer for 10 minutes or until softened.
  5. 5Serve the soup with grated Parmesan and fresh basil leaves on top.

  • 4 cups liquid chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 20 oz fresh tortellini
  • 0 grated parmesan cheese

  • 0 sourdough bread
