French Onion Soup & Mini Meatballs Pasta

Directions

  1. 1Start by slicing the onions.
  2. 2Combine half the breadcrumbs with milk and let them sit for 5 minutes.
  3. 3Combine the soaked breadcrumbs with the ground turkey, the rest of the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and an egg.
  4. 4Form 1-inch mini meatballs.
  5. 5Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven.
  6. 6Brown the meatballs on both sides and then remove them from the pot.
