Directions

  1. 1Cut a rectangle into each hot dog bun.
  2. 2Brush buns with a mixture of melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
  3. 3Sprinkle cheese over the buns.
  4. 4Add chili beans.
  5. 5Add hot dogs to each bun.
  6. 6Add more chili beans and cheese on top.
  7. 7Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
