Directions
- 1Season the chicken with Creole seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, and paprika, then mix.
- 2Add the seasoned chicken to a baking dish along with some bell peppers.
- 3Combine a can of cream of chicken soup with about 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, then mix well.
- 4Pour the soup mixture over the chicken in the baking dish.
- 5Cover the dish with foil and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
- 6After 1 hour, baste the chicken and put it back in the oven uncovered for 30 minutes.
