Combine Greek yogurt, vanilla, cinnamon, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Blend.

Add chia seeds to the blended yogurt mixture.

Refrigerate the chia pudding.

Combine olive oil, maple syrup, a pinch of salt, and vanilla.

Add nuts and seeds such as pumpkin, almonds, pecans, coconut, and sesame seeds to the oil mixture.

Add oats to the granola mixture until it's like peasy but gooey, like wet sand.

Add cinnamon to the granola mixture.

Cook the granola on a pan over medium heat until everything browns, stirring frequently.

Let the granola cool.

Serve the frog eggs (chia pudding) with the homemade granola.

Tips
For watery yogurt, add a little more chia seeds.
If you like your granola clustery, keep it wet.
If you like your granola more peasy, add more granola.
Cook granola over medium heat until everything browns.
