1Peel and grate the onion into a puree, then add it to your blender or food processor.
2Add lamb mince or beef mince, yogurt, olive oil, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, ground cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to the blender.
3Blend until all ingredients are fully combined.
4Split the mixture into two portions.
5Lay out some baking paper, place half of the mixture on top, and cover with another sheet of baking paper.
6Press down and then roll the mixture flat with a rolling pin until it is nice and thin.
7Remove the top baking paper and roll the meat up tightly.
8Repeat the process with the second half of the mixture.
9Place both rolls on a tray and cook in the oven at 180° Celsius for about 20 to 25 minutes.
10Once cooked, unwrap the rolls, slice them, and load them into flatbreads or pita bread with sauces and salad.
