1Thinly slice your preferred cut of steak and cut them into strips.
2Season your steak with salt, pepper, chicken or beef bouillon, garlic and onion powder, soy sauce, rice vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, ginger paste, garlic and most importantly baking soda.
3Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
4Chop up an onion, red and green bell pepper, and a green onion.
5To a medium heat skillet, add avocado oil and your marinated steak until you get a nice crust on each side.
6Remove the steak and add in your onions, bell peppers and bottoms of your green onion.
7Add in a mixture of beef broth and soy sauce.
8Add cornstarch as a thickener.
9Add more black pepper, the tops of your green onions and your steak.
10Let reduce until you get this beauty.
11Pair with white rice and drizzle more of that sauce over the steak and the rice.
