  4. 4Add Worcestershire sauce.
  5. 5Add steak sauce.
  6. 6Add Dijon mustard.
  7. 7Add garlic and diced onions.
  8. 8Stir the ingredients together.
  9. 9Cook on low for four to six hours.
  10. 10Stir in cooked egg noodles.
  11. 11Stir in sour cream.
  12. 12Add dried parsley.
