Directions

  1. 1Combine all ingredients except for the dark chocolate in a bowl.
  2. 2Spread the mixture onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. 3Bake at 350 degrees until the tops are golden brown.
  4. 4Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars, breaking into clusters, or crumbling into granola.
  5. 5Drizzle with dark chocolate if desired.

  • 1 cup almond
  • 2 cup cashew
  • 1 cup slivered almond
  • 1 cup pumpkin seed
  • 1 cup sunflower seed
  • 1/2 cup chia seed
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • dark chocolate (optional)

Tips

  • You can cut them into bars, break them into clusters, or crumble into granola.
  • Store in the fridge for 2 weeks or freezer for 3 months.
  • The trick is to allow them to cool completely before cutting into bars.
