Ritz Chicken
Directions
- 1Crush Ritz crackers.
- 2In a bowl, combine sour cream, Dijon mustard, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- 3Marinate the chicken in the mixture for 20-30 minutes.
- 4Grate cheddar cheese.
- 5Combine crushed Ritz crackers, grated cheddar cheese, and seasonings in a ziploc bag.
- 6Add a splash of olive oil to the crumb mixture.
- 7Coat the marinated chicken in the crumb mixture.
- 8Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.
