1Slice off both ends of the onion and peel off the first two layers.
2Take a knife and slowly cut out the middle of the onion.
3Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
4Remove the cut-out middle part of the onion, making the hole pretty big.
5Season the inside of the onion with Tony's Essential Salt, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, harissa spice, cumin, pepper, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
6Place the seasoned onion in the center of a piece of aluminum foil.
7Add half a stick of butter into the center hole of the onion, pushing it in.
8Wrap the onion in the aluminum foil, leaving a small peek at the top.
9Place the wrapped onion on a baking pan.
10Bake the onion for one hour.

Tips
