Mix the butter with sugar and vanilla until creamy.

Add an egg and mix well.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt.

Add it to the previous mixture in 2 stages, alternating with the milk.

Mix well until a dough is formed.

Distribute the dough in the greased mold using wet hands or a wet spoon, covering the base and walls of the mold.

Refrigerate it for 30 minutes or while the filling is being made.

Add the butter to a large frying pan and melt it.

Add the sugar and mix.

Add the chopped walnuts, milk, vanilla and cinnamon.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a silicone spatula.

When it boils, cook for an additional 5 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.

Pour over the cold base.

Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes or until the dough is lightly browned and cooked.

Let cool completely before unmolding.

300 g sugar
300 g walnuts, chopped
120 ml milk
1 cdta vanilla
1 cdta cinnamon

Tips
Use wet hands or a wet spoon to distribute the base in the mold.
Let it cool completely before unmolding.
Don't pre-bake the dough.
