Prepare the Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix according to package directions by combining the mix, shredded cheese, and water. Mix gently.

Heat a skillet and add avocado oil.

Add shrimp and lobster to the hot skillet.

Cook the shrimp and lobster until about 80% done, then remove from the skillet.

Add diced green bell pepper, red bell pepper, celery, garlic, and onion to the same skillet.

Cook the vegetables until translucent and fragrant.

Add 3 tablespoons of butter to the cooked vegetables to create a roux base.

Mix the butter with the vegetables until melted and combined.

Add 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour to the mixture.

Mix the flour with the butter and vegetables until well combined.

Add 1 tablespoon of shrimp bouillon powder dissolved in 1.5 cups of water to the mixture.

Stir the mixture until it thickens.

Return the cooked shrimp and lobster to the skillet.

Mix the shrimp and lobster with the thickened sauce.

Add more shrimp broth if the mixture is too thick; it should not be too thick or too watery.

Season with Kosher salt, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and white pepper.

Mix in 0.5 cups of heavy cream.

Spoon the shrimp and lobster mixture into ramekins, filling to the line just below the top.

Top each ramekin with the prepared Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix.

Bake in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes.

Once baked, brush the top of the pot pie with the butter packet from the biscuit mix.

Tips
