Directions

  1. 1Heat butter on low heat until browned
  2. 2Pour the browned butter into a bowl
  3. 3Add white sugar and brown sugar
  4. 4Mix well
  5. 5Let it cool completely
  6. 6Add one whole egg and vanilla extract
  7. 7Mix well
  8. 8Sift all purpose flour and baking soda
  9. 9Gently fold until just combined
  10. 10Chop dark chocolate
  11. 11Add the chopped chocolate
  12. 12Mix well
  13. 13Scoop the dough with an ice cream scoop onto baking sheet
  14. 14Add chopped dark chocolate
  15. 15Chill for 2 hours or Overnight
  16. 16Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 12-14 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned

  • 0.333 cup brown sugar
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.25 cups all purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 80 g dark chocolate
