1For the cookie dough, mix together softened butter and both sugars to form a paste.
2Add a splash of milk and vanilla and mix these in.
3Fold in the heat-treated plain flour.
4Add the chocolate chips and fold these in.
5Roll half the dough into tiny little balls for the topping.
6Press the rest of the dough into the base of a ramekin and smooth it out.
7For the filling, whisk together cream cheese, icing sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
8Add chocolate chips and fold these in.
9Scoop the filling onto the cookie dough base and smooth it out with the back of a spoon.
10Place the cookie dough balls on top, followed by some more chocolate chips if you wish.
11Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for better results.

Tips
To heat treat the flour: Place it into a bowl and microwave for 1 minute 20 seconds stirring regularly, then let it cool before using. Keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn as it’s such a small amount.
You can eat it straight away if you really want to.
Feel free to split it into more ramekins if you wish.
You can use any flavor chocolate chips you wish.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for better results.
