Directions

  1. 1Pour olive oil into a bowl.
  2. 2Add balsamic vinegar.
  3. 3Add minced garlic.
  4. 4Add chopped parsley.
  5. 5Add spices.
  6. 6Dip the bread into the oil.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.25 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped olives
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped marinated artichoke
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 0.25 tsp sumac
  • 0.25 tsp dried oregano
  • pinch salt
  • pinch chilli flakes

Tips

  • Taste and adjust quantities to taste as needed.
  • It’s also great with other finely chopped antipasto like roasted red peppers or semi dried tomatoes.
