Directions

  1. 1Die Süßkartoffeln, Tempeh, schwarze Bohnen und Kichererbsen in den Airfryer geben.
  2. 2Wildkräuter Salat, Brokkoli Sprossen, Gurke, Tomaten und Zwiebeln in eine Schüssel geben.
  3. 3Bohnen, schwarzen Knoblauch, normalen Knoblauch, Datteln, Kreuzkümmel, Salz, Chili und Tahin in einen Blender geben.
  4. 4Eiswürfel in den Blender geben und mixen.
  5. 5Die Bohnenmasse über den Salat geben.
  6. 6Die aus dem Airfryer gegarten Zutaten zum Salat hinzufügen und vermischen.

  • 1 cup Schwarze Bohnen
  • 1 cup Kichererbsen
  • 1 bowl Wildkräuter Salat
  • 1 handful Brokkoli Sprossen
  • 1 Gurke
  • 1 Tomaten
  • 1 Zwiebeln
  • 1 cup Bohnen
  • 1 clove Schwarzer Knoblauch
  • 1 clove Normaler Knoblauch
  • 2 Datteln
  • 1 tsp Kreuzkümmel
  • 1 pinch Salz
  • 1 pinch Chili
  • 2 tbsp Tahin
  • 2 Eiswürfel
